When installing a new piston ring, the piston ring should be placed in the edge opening and ensure that the end of the ring is relative to the inner side wall. In the case of compressing the ring, it should be installed in the piston groove to secure it.
Product Process
The first step of piston rings is to prepare the necessary tools and materials, including pistons, piston rings, piston pins, abrasive paper, abrasives, cleaning agents, etc. Next, the piston needs to be soaked in a cleaning agent for a period of time to remove surface oil and impurities. Then, use sandpaper to gently polish the surface of the piston until the surface becomes smooth and flat.
